I won't be at all shocked to see changes made to the DMCA rules. Big companies are getting tired of websites hiding behind the loopholes in these rules and these companies have plenty of money and influence in Washington. It isn't going to happen overnight, but I won't be shocked to see a more strict version of DMCA released.
