I am looking for someone with marketing and sales experience to handle an ad network.

I prefer someone who also has some basic HTML skill, as well as knows not only OpenX but other ad management software. A solid understanding of both mainstream, and adult, preferred. It would be beneficial if the qualified individual also has experience in monetizing ad space with different business models (banner, PPC, CPA, etc.).
