Does the article state that he signed over 84% of Facebook...lol.

For some reason, that last part sounds too real to be made up. It just rings true for some reason as the type of thing that a crooked businessman and a hyper college kid would do.

They will probably just settle, but I bet Zuckerberg did sign over the idea in haste.
