Unless you are owed a serious amount of money (and I don't mean $1000) it probably won't be worth it. Even if there is a judgment in your favor and their assets could be located and seized (highly unlikely based on everything I've been reading about them), you'll end up with a very, very small percent of what you were owed. Perhaps part of it for some is just to send a message to other sponsors that affiliates will not silently roll over if you screw them. I'd think even for some if all they could do is seize their domain names this would bring a lot of satisfaction.
