thx!
Just going to do some point form for you quick and dirty:

-Change your title tage and meta info to more relevant titles.

-http://www.takechargefood.com/images/left_mid.gif remove the text on the graphic make this a background image of a div, and then place the text in the div so its readable by robots etc, just for extra site relevance.

-http://www.takechargefood.com/templates/compromise/images/right_mid.gif same as above with this, (note this one is already a bg image so might as well put the text on top.)

-biggest thing i would do is a testimonials page, have some people you know write them in their own words and then use that with small pics and links to facebook and twitter profiles that can write back to people about questions they have. (ie build your own referral and review system that is always on your side)

-the white info floating div, should be size constrained to content height, so when the amount of content changes in it it changes sizes. (also make this openable on click so that the surfer can keep this info box open if they want and highlight or click what they want in there.)

-I would make the products page more info about each product, then have that lead to an order page, instead of str8 to the order page, and since your using a mainstream merchant on your order page do the "people who ordered this also ordered this" style upsale on the pre checkout page.

-set up pre twitter and facebook pages selling how you will help people on their journey of taking charge of food with interaction and up to the second responses. (make sure to follow up on this)

-myaccount should be out of the main menu and up top near the shopping cart (just MO on that one)

Looks good overall, a good domain, nice stlye of soft sales pitch. good color scheme.

P.S. I would look at dailyburn.com for ad rates and see about integration with trainer discounts and referrals. (Ie get trainers to be your affiliates)
