Movies are either hits or flops, barely turning a profit = flop... most of the profit will go to investors and other "middle men" (no pun intended, heh)... producer invested ton of his own $$, spent years chasing around it, making deals etc, just to pretty much break even...
it's really a shame though, seemed like a decent flick, had potential to be a hit....
