It's a very hard position to be in, you just need to support her. Can't talk to her about giving it up for adoption because that sounds easier then it sounds. Abortion is a very difficult topic and may be something she'll regret the rest of her life, and won't be fair to the fetus.
Just make sure she finishes school, but make sure B/F is ready to pay up and support the baby 100% one way or another.
She shouldn't give up her career plans because of this.
