When enlisted, you are government property and you do what they tell you to do, or you face the consequences. You don't get to "quit" the minute some jackass like Bush sends you to go kill people. Since when did America stop being free country? Did I miss that? This is the first time I hear that you have to do what you are told. Is the army slavery now or how? Once you are in ,even voluntarily, you loose your rights to go out?
The final and the most crucial choice lies only in the shoulders of a man himself, a soldier in this case. He can say NO and face the consequences at home. But he CAN say no. This is what separates real men and cowards - and not blindly following orders and going into war you do not agree with...Choice IS an option. There are consequences BUT there is an option.
