WTH Tube Programmer for this project
I am in need of a tube programmer for a custom tube website I want to create.
Need to know:
- Flash / actionscript
- PHP / mysql
- Html / css
I can give specifics on chat, the main feature needed that gives most programmers trouble is a popup before a video is played; like on megavideo. Which must have a different popup url depending on the niche of video and if that user has seen that popup before (set in the admin panel).
Other then that the site is almost the same to a tube site.
