I am pretty much sure in that too. The guy who's doing a production with Paramount is not the one to joke around with.
I kinda feel confident that he will pull this through. As you said, it would be useless for him to come up here with other news than the solution.
And I must say that account representatives from Toronto office are pretty fast on answering my mails... it feels that they are really working on this and definitely want to have solution asap!
