Not almost. They are. Big difference.
Governments are going after offshore, tax evasion, anonymous debitcards/creditcards.
So they MAKE Visa and banks do shit like this most likely.
Netherlands in on USA's whitelist. Curacao in Dutch Antilles is now independant.... Fortis (a former Belgian bank) will merge this weekend with ABNAMRO bank. ABNAMRO is owned by the Dutch government. Holland have a tax treaty with USA and EU governments agreed to give all bank info to US that they request. ACTA is being build by 20+ goverments to come up with new laws for the internet and how to regulate it better and tax it.
Now everyone will give their bank details and passports and money will arrive thru banks because people are scared and react in fear. Goverments ask banks to report any wires coming in from epass. Bingo.
