It seems no charges will be laid.
In the UK if the police kill a man it automatically goes to the unit that investigated police corruption and law breaking. This case in at the inquest stage and the coroner will decide if the police officers can remain anonymous in an inquest into Mark Saunders death. No mention of charges.
