I stay skinny on a diet of eating whatever I want.
Mostly PB+J sandwiches and handfuls of nuts and chocolate chips. I bake a banana bread once or twice a week.. and whatever we make for dinner each night.
Rarely eat out or order takeout, absolutely never get delivery, and I only drink water and milk for the most part.
I used to regularly go through 2kg packs of chocolate chips, though I feel that might be bad for me. But really.. If you eat 2kg of chocolate chips, it stands to reason you can't gain more than 2kg of weight, minus what your body used as energy. And a 2kg bag is not small.. So why are people so worried about a cookie here and there? Don't get it.
