but, you can argue that they are inherently a-moral entities that act like a super-human, with the legal rights of a human, but none of the legal responsibilities of a human.
these characteristics create a virus-like psuedo-entity that always tries to take the resources of ordinary humans, with real legal responsibilities and liability for their actions, and co-opt those resources for it's non-conscious purposes.
that's why corporations, especially the large multi-national corporations, have become a threat to democracy.
not because they are evil, but because they are a-moral super-persons without legal responsibility.
