haha - yeah, you missed my frustration in that post....
which was the fact that *nothing* is shown on the vast majority of sites (I've yet to see one), and yet some are willing to send out letters from lawyers demanding $xxx or go to court.

to clarify - if you don't state your content should not be re-distributed, how can you demand compensation from someone doing so?
