I guess you are more interested in being a smartass, than understanding my question.
If you read all of my post, I asked ePassporte to explain exactly what caused the bank to cut them off in the first place.
In case, you haven't been keeping track, that question has never been answered by ePassporte, nor by the bank.
I would be leery of doing business with either one of those companies until that question is answered.
