What's up with their BS? Over 3 weeks ago they told me I'd be able to login to my account "tomorrow", that was over 3 weeks ago. During the next couple weeks I sent a couple more emails with similar replies from them. Then today I got this email (below).
I know lots of companies that have switched over to NATS, and they didn't shut down their programs for a month or more to do so.
