If everyone isn't paid, it will be a scam. Even if his intentions weren't bad from the start, at some point he is going to run out of money repaying people then and it is "oh well" for the ones that are left. Everyone not paid = scam. How long does it take to send a wire. If they wanted to, everyone could have been sent their money by now. He ran out of money to pay people or decided not keep what was left.  |
I'm not on the epass side here, as I hate what they did, especially the lying as they surely know whats up and what the real reasons for this are, but I think they had tens of thousands of accounts...maybe even much more. And when I imagine 1-2 guys sending wires manually for all these accounts...well, I wouldn't want to do the job.
