If you have records of your previous income, show good faith and can demonstrate that your funds were sent to your ePassporte account, the IRS, which is, I assure you, well aware of the ePassporte collapse, will be more than happy to accept your estimates but may argue with you a bit over the fact that ePassporte fucked you out of some money. You should be able to show from your affiliate dashboards or control panels, the amounts of the funds you eraned and to where those funds were sent and when presented with that info, the IRS will most likely be satisfied. The IRS will accept reasonable estimates if indeed and in fact you are able to show that you really don't know in the case of money technically paid to you but which you actually did not receive.
