Barcode Scanner. Search for it in the Market. Then you can scan the QR codes in my post with your phone and get the Apps easier. This video explains it...

Was a little buggy at first, but works pretty good now for me.
If your cell provider blocks 3g calls on Skype use this version to make it work:
