4) Where are Epass funds located?

5) Assuming you have answers to any of the above, what law gives you the right to claim any money?

Who gets sued and for what exactly? In what jurisdiction, under what laws? Why/How is money recoverable?

Here are the answers from the Attorney

1) Why do you believe that Epass money is recoverable when Epass itself already does not exist?

RESPONSE D.Z.: Your assumption that Epassporte does not exist is not correct. Epassporte is still active, the question is how long Epassporte will be active. If Epassporte will go bankrupt, then it is likely that account holders will not be able to retrieve their funds.

2) What is the mechanism to recover Epass funds? Who gets sued and for what exactly? In what jurisdiction, under what laws?

RESPONSE D.Z.: Epassporte is located in Curaçao. The bank where Epassporte holds an account (United International Bank) is also located in Curaçao. Our law firm is also located in Curaçao. Account holders have entered into agreements with Epassporte, a Curaçao company. This makes that Curaçao law is applicable to this case.

3) Where are Epass funds located?
RESPONSE D.Z.: see my answer above.
