like I said above, it is useful for certain stuff, and for other things you might need to use something better. Anyway, I've a 5 figures a year business working on its cheapest plan and no problem at all. Could I use something better/more expensive? Sure I can. Do I need it? Not at all. It never let me down, support is ultra fast and (surprise) they actually have real techs. So why pay more? Just to throw money? 
Anyway, I'm sure as hell I'll grab a couple accounts, don't have any plans for them, but for 20% of its real value, I can take the risk and later will see if I use them. If not, what can I lose? 1 month of the price at another hosting?
