The last big release from WikiLeaks was scrubbed for any current "top secret" information with some government co-operation. What was released contained mainly bureaucratic type of data that was perhaps classified at the time. Years later, this type of information has very little(if any) sensitivity, or current battlefield implications.
In Canada the information that we think the government was hiding, was that prisoners were being turned over to Afghan security were then being tortured. Also possibly that the government unilaterally had committed to a mission extension prior to informing the opposition parties for debate, or the general public.
