Before they reactivated my Virtual Visa, I was told there's no daily limit on purchases. Is this true?

I'm trying to do a ~900 USD purchase, but it gets rejected. I wonder if it's a limit, or just this particular online store. Any experiences?

By the way, did anyone try to load his Paypal account with this Virtual Visa? I recall someone mentioning here that epass cards worked on Paypal now.
