I didn't wait a month, I opened my account and requested the verification letter, then after two weeks and no sign of the letter I contacted them asking about it, and it has since been another two weeks or more with no reply. I'm not going to beg someone to take my business. I have other options to use (Paxum, Payoneer, Checks).
And no, I have no cash there. I just wanted to get my account verified so I had them as an option to transfer money right to my checking account. A lot of my sponsors have started using them, so I figured I would get myself an account setup.
