Keep in mind California already drove out big business in the past.
California is pretty genius at driving out serious tax payers and when they left California kept spending as if they never left.
And look where we are now.
I will put any amount of money that; when all of these "pro condom" people jerk off in there private time(and we know all men do), I would bet it is to scenes where condoms are not used.
