Once Visa figures out this is a clone, they will do the same thing. I don't know anything about Paxum, nor did I follow the Epass story to the letter, this just seems like a no-brainer to me. The only logical conclusion I came up with is that everyone is keeping a low or no balance with Paxum and drawing out money as fast as it comes in.

I guess we will be setting up Paxum for webmasters, since it seems the community expects it now.
