Facials and coming anywhere externally is popular because it is more visual. There's no way to show a guy coming inside other than bad acting or disgustingly up close internal shots that nobody wants, so it works better visually to show it this way. Has less to do with degradation than you would expect. This is a form of entertainment lest we forget so flaring it up as much as possible and pushing the norms is the nature of the business.

Although cream pie sites sell decently too, but that is a much smaller market in comparison.
