As I said, the only way you can do this is for fair use. However, one could take a "tube" approach, i.e., rely on user submitted lyrics, post a DMCA, and issue take downs to try to avoid liability. I personally think you could still get blasted, as the owner is obviously soliciting copyrightable material, but it is better than nothing.
Also, what constitutes "commercialization" is kinda gray, so one may be able to publish on fair use grounds, find an interesting way to monetize, and argue that the monetization does not rise to the level of commercializing the copyrightable work.
