OMG - your experience sounds just like mine. Worse shoot I've ever had in the 11 years that I've been in LA. The only shoot that I've ever had to cut short because I was just too angry to continue. All she did was bitch, moan and complain about everything and hurl insults at every person on my crew. Like you said, could not have happened to a nicer person LOL!
