I?m just now finishing final phase of custom script. New server with some very nice cam, chat, features including all the toys. Invested substantially more than you plan on spending but now seriously considering scrapping the entire project, simply to difficult to compete.

In all fairness though, I don't get the feeling the thread starter is looking to launch a mega site like MFC, but simply build a more standard pay per view cam site targeting his country. Is your script the standard pay per min cam script with private sessions, or does it have some of the MFC like features such as tokens and group privates?
