If you're a bitch ass twerp, stay away from 92nd. It's just a couple blocks from all those east harlem public housing projects, and I've seen plenty of young yuppies get victimized for making wrong turns around there trying to find their condo after a drunk night at a bar. If you're not a victim type of person and love latinas with fat asses and good weed, move to 92nd.
When living in manhattan in this new millenium, keep this general thought in mind:
The lower the street numbers = the safer the neighborhood... Unless you hit the lower east side, then it's dangerous again. 
And what the hell does "too far from everything" mean in nyc? Never heard such a thing.
