That mindframe gets a lot of people victimized in this city every day for venturing too far uptown lol...

Billy: "No Jen, haven't you seen that 80 Blocks from Tifany's movie? Lets just go to the Zoo then come straight back to the hotel."
Jennifer: "Silly Billy, The Bronx isn't like that anymore... NYC is the safest city in the country now!"
Billy: "Oh OK, I want to see what a Venti Mocha Latte' Express from the Bronx tastes like anyway"
Next thing you know Jenny was found floating down the east river and a year later Billy was spotted begging for change on the train to support his Hunts Point hooker habit.
