Tell me if I am wrong, but, when you are looking into CCbill affiliate control panel, active subscriptions are written in green while in red are those cancelled?
If so, I am confused. On print screen below you can see one rebill (print screen from today 12 february here) from January 10th 2011 telling me that that membership will rebill next time on February 9th 2001. But it didn't .
On February 11th (let's say it is 10th because I am in different time zone) I've asked Ccbill support about this when they gave me some explanation (I won't paste it here) with explanation that it will rebill on that day actually (not on 9th as it is written), and that was on 11th February.
Now ,I am looking into my stats, and there was no rebill for this membership on 10th,11,th or today - 12th February.
Am I making mistake somewhere here?
