You are not mistaken, that transaction was due to rebill on the 9th as the admin indicates. We rebill customers as close to the hour that they signed up as possible.
This transaction failed to rebill when we put it through on the 9th. When someone fails to rebill for a soft decline reason such as insuffient funds, our system will automatically try to rebill them multiple times up to 6 days later. This transaction is in a retry status until it either fails or is rebilled.
