SUMMARY: This person will work with our team of web developers, designers and product managers to define and implement exciting and dynamic sites based on the latest technologies.
We?re looking for someone who has experience building community based platforms, USES social technologies like Twitter, Facebook, Digg, Skype, etc in their own life and understands the benefits and believes in the future of that technology. Ability to build web apps with dynamic RIA interactions, ie understands what cool effects you can do with JavaScript, Flash, etc. and has basic SEO knowledge. Your designs will need to support SEO and Ajax.
Responsibilities:
Experienced PHP backend, experience with Kohana framework a plus
Hand-coding XHTML, CSS 2 & 3 (familiarity with haml and sass = extra bonus points)
Translate PSD mockups into standards-compliant HTML/CSS when needed
Achieving cross-browser compatibility in IE (not IE6 though!), Firefox, Safari and Chrome
Requirements:
Expert-level CSS, HTML and intermediate to advanced knowledge of PHP. Advanced Javascript abilities and AJAX experience. (SQL, Flash, ActionScript and Ruby on Rails helpful) Thorough understanding of cross-browser, front-end development issues. Deep understanding of the principles of web accessibility and user-centered design/development. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 3+ years in a similar capacity
We are looking for someone that has a strong background in HTML, CSS, NOSQL, and Server & client side Javascript. Our stack is NodeJS, MongoDB, Redis, MemCache, Nginx, HAML, SASS, Git. It would be nice to have someone that has LAMP experience as well because all the old stuff is PHP/Kohana MySQL. It would be nice to have someone that also has agile, and TDD, google analytic but the key elements are strong HTML, CSS, Javascript.
POSITION: SEO/SEM Manager

SUMMARY: We are seeking a strategic thinker who can hit the ground running. You will be responsible for planning, optimizing, implementing and analyzing natural and paid search engine marketing campaigns. Being a key contributor to the ongoing development of New Frontier Media's online presence, you will ensure our online advertising strategies are leveraging our marketing efforts by providing analytic tools that play a vital role in our ongoing patient acquisition model.
This position is responsible for formalizing search engine optimization (SEO) strategies and tactics and executing their implementation across all websites and any brand extensions (e.g., widgets, applications). Serves as a functional expert when devising and executing inbound linking strategies (e.g., search engine marketing (SEM), cross-linking, social media marketing). Works closely with marketing and product development team and will be evaluated on traffic and join increases.
Responsibilities:
*Analyze website traffic and provide well-defined technical, design, content, optimization strategies for search engine improvement and develop keyword strategies for optimal on-site performance
* Execute approved strategies
* Provide SEO guidance in technical areas (e.g., server infrastructure, website structure and page construction)
* Review and manage all page tagging efforts
* Consistently analyze changing opportunities and monitor trends in search engine algorithms and important keywords
* Analyze historical data and current trends to define and identify risks, opportunities and provide insight on market opportunities
Required Skills:

POSITION: Front-End Web Developer

SUMMARY: New Frontier Media is looking to hire a front-end developer to be part of the New Media Team. This position will be responsible for updating and maintaining current web sites, executing all of the front-end work for new sites, landing page optimization and updating and creating join forms for our subscription sites.
