Would you start an offline business without money?
I'm missing the content part in your posting. Do you already have content or are you looking for free content to use in your members area? Content is one of the most important factors whether you will have success or fail (quality, quantity, niche).
Additionally, what earnings do you expect? Do the math. Let's say you'll do the usual 50/50 share. 50% is your share less around 15% billing fees (no to mention things like chargeback reserve). As far as I know, most billing companies charge a one time of $750 for VISA processing.
Furthermore you need money for hosting, probably more content, ad tools and so on. I think your earnings will be lower than you imagine.
