Then it talked about letting them natually struck off. He also told me i could then re-enable them by paying some extra fees, that sounds great for me, i just want to know from a third party what exactly happens if i leave them there without payment and do nothing like my registrar recommended ... Sounds kinda wrong ....

OK, I have set up over 500 corporations in the USA for people and most of those coporations are never renewed. All that happens is that they die...................they go into things like "Not In Good Standing" and eventually get forfeited by the registering agency.
My clients use the corps, don't use the corps, bankrupt the corps, fuck up the corps; often because they don't know what they are doing and it all comes to nothing as most of them don't ever renew.
Most of them do not intend to renew anyway.
Makes no difference.
No big deal, no crime, no reflection on you.
Don't waste a Dime, Drachma, Pound or Yen on renewing a corp that you are not going to use.
Much less expensive to set up a new corp and run with that one.
Don't sweat it; if you need a new corp, get one and let the old ones die and go to Corporate Heaven or Corporate Hell as the case may be.
You need a USA corp, hit me up! No difference between the corps I set up and those set up by things like Legal Zoom............we both use the same form from the Secretary of State but I don't charge you extra for Registered Agent service, I do not require a Social Security Number, I do not require a business license, I am entirely legal and I cost you One Hell of A Lot Less.
Reeax and feel free to contact me if you think I can help you.
Letting a corp die ain't no thang!
