sucks but that's the real world, she's clearly now unsuitable to be working in a place with teenage boys there.

i hope you're being sarcastic. NOBODY should lose a job over something done outside of work that is perfectly legal. Not one child will be psychologically harmed in the slightest by her presence in the school. What adults do on their own personal time is their own business.
Teachers are like everybody else - what if a teacher was a swinger, went to swinger parties and on vacation time went to swinger resorts. And a student at this teacher's school found out from a gossiping parent that the teacher was a swinger and the student went to school and told everybody 'Mr/Mrs Stewart the music teacher is a swinger and goes to orgies!'. The teacher should lose his/her job?
