Someone has to pay for the tax breaks to millionaires. After all if you don't cut taxes on the rich they won't create jobs. Oh wait they have thier tax breaks and still aren't creating jobs. I know if I win the $300 mil Megaball this week-end the first thing I'm thinking about doing to is creating jobs.
