Who said only the rich should pay? I never saw that anywhere in this thread or anytime, ever.
So the "State" doesn't tax them, but the Fed does. And after the local citizens are taxed to pay for them, and after they are taxed to get paid (even if it's not income at the State).... and yet you think the Gov/State should take more?
