Now I'm living week-to-week, month-to-month. Fuck! If I was smart with my money back in my younger days, without question, I would be a millionaire right now. Instead, pissed it all away. I'm guessing that's the same position Paul is in right now, with the exception he's about 50 - 60 years older than me.
And now he's resentful that he didn't evolve with the times. When the internet came around, instead of evolving with it, he stuck to the traditional methods which subsequently made his bank account slowly dry up. That's why you see his constant bellowing.

Wrong on every count.
We did save some of the money we made, we also saved all the content, nearly all, we made as well which is why we're still in business and many others are not. We also were able to weather two double events that would of put most of you on the breadline.
When you get to 50 and start making the money we were making you're careful with it.
We did evolve with the Internet. From 1995 I was selling to online companies. In fact what didn't we do online? I must of missed it because as a content producer I think we covered it all.
We didn't go into the paysite market 100% or even 50% because of obvious reasons.
We were in Czech producing loads of sets for magazines that were making loads of money. Also selling extremely well from the content stores. It took up most of our time. We had to do castings all around Czech to find good looking new girls, teens preferably, and then shooting them for as much as we thought they would sell.
To open a site that would of in my opinion been good, would of meant going to a country where the girls spoke English. Too many sites, IMO, are full of great looking girls on video who can't speak a word of English. No bloody good for retention because ultimately it's another girl doing the same thing. And that hurts retention.
Going back to the UK or to the US would of cost us a lot of money. And we weren't going to risk losing what we had to chase a risk. Bird in the Hand.
My unhappiness about the way the online porn business is structured started 10 years ago.
Cheap content in sites and expensive traffic thrown at it isn't the way to sell a repeat buy product.
Even you're one of the 1,000s who earn your money from the 50% approx that's spent outside the paysite. Because eventually the buyers get harder to sell to, don't retain as long and now they have Tubes, don't even bother to go anywhere else.
My message has always been the same. To sell a product repeatedly it has to be good and has to be worth buying.
Tell me why that is wrong. If you can.
Time has proved me right. Because more and more people choose not to pay for porn. And very few people have a solution. I come up with ideas to improve the members area and get some money back. Truth is so much is spent on traffic few can afford my ideas.
Spending approximately 50% on giving away the product in increasing amounts and 10% on that product will lead you to where you are today. 20 million a day on
one Tube site, if you believe Fabian. That's just one site and obvious the surfer doesn't want what we offering. Because it's wrong for them.
