forgot to mention, you can add any new fields you want to import and if you want to import flv, just install flv plugin for wordpress and add the field flv
wp_post_date|wp_title|wp_content|wp_category|wp_ta gs|flv|thumb|and any other custom field you want

the one downside, you can import only to one category
