No. You have to always control CSV's but not XML's, because the XML parser will take care of them.

Only if your sponsor has so many videos. As far as you know, the best selling sites are the new ones. So if some sponsor launches a new site, you simple add it's XML feed to your blog and let it update automatically. This works well even if the sponsor has only a few videos for the launching site, but regularly adds the new ones. RoyalCash is a good example. Their videos are being added regulatory and the appropriate sites convert great from the tube traffic (new sites always have a better ratio.

What do you mean on spin? To replace some words/phrases with synonyms (synonymize), or to edit each post manually? The second way is absolutely useless if you have 100's of tubes with thousands of videos on each.
