Before you fuck a woman (initial dating), it's very easy for her to walk away. She has all the power. She walks away with free dinners under her belt. The man walks away empty handed, defeated.

But after you fuck her, you have all the power. Now it's much harder for her to walk away. From that point on, the guy can always say "Yeah, I fucked her". Like marking his conquests, his territory.
