in my opinion, the most valid point there was my jd obenburger (sp?), who said that your best defense here is to make sure your domains are trademarked, then if ICM registry registers one of your domains/trademarks, which they can see via a publically available list, you can legally go after ICM.
i didnt see anything on obenburger's site, but another adult attorney, matt collins offer it, this is very smart to do
