Reasonable would be to stay stop using a bad billing company that steals (web 900), has next to no customer service and is totally unable to keep it's own systems running properly. When they also then prevent people from seeing how much money they have made or are owed for an extended period I think people on the whole are being far too reasonable.
Unlike some I don't believe iBill are going under yet. However they still have a very long way to go before they even come close to the service offered by other companies. Until they start doing this of course people will flame them. They have the resources to be good, it seems they just need the management to actually make it happen.
Again though this is business. Reasonable doesn't come into it when talking money. Hmmm...perhaps next time you forget a bill or go overdrawn etc you should tell your bank or the company concerned to stop pestering you and be 'reasonable'. See how far you get
