If a huge asteroid was to hit the world, chances are none of us would live.
But if society as we know was to end, I'd be able to hold off a little bit. I am armed and have lots of ammo, and I've been big on storing up canned goods since the loma prieta earthquake in 1989 - when the stores all shut down instantly and our power was out for days.
