Is this a server side watermark? Where the server adds this info to each picture that is download by the user? and if so how do I go about doing that. Thank you again.

I think this works because it's a line drawing and the background is white. With something that has a white bg (eg the google logo) I can draw 250,250,250 text on a 255,255,255 background and it shows up when you do crazy curves... but I can't do the same thing with a normal photo.
I think the proprietary watermark stuff overlays visually imperceptable blobs which form a unique computer readable code that can be extracted. As well as being non obvious to someone viewing the image the codes can also survive basic edits, like resizing the image, or cropping the visual watermark off the bottom.
