Besides, the real threat are forums like pornbb, realraptalk, planetsuzy, etc, etc.
They have countless paysite member areas ripped, sometimes in HD, available for download. The amount of traffic they get combined is staggering, and so is the rate at-which they're growing. Wait until it gets mainstream like torrents.
A tube site riddled with ads, low quality, blurry video that has to buffer every 20 seconds in disorganized categories is yesterday's threat to this industry.  A forum with 500,000 users sharing full length videos for download is what should scare you.

Yes free porn is the real threat. Tubes are easy and legal and only part of the problem.
And yet the industry carries on trying to sell the same thing it sold in 1998. Just bigger and HD.
Like Choker the amount of adaptation going on is pitiful.
If I were 45 and still had the studio and my money to make, I would be adapting. Maybe to live porn, maybe to shooting weddings. I WOULD NOT be still selling pre recorded porn. That's a mugs game for those stuck in the past.
